Unused and unopened braiding hair may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and photo proof that the hair is in its original, untouched condition.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
